LIGHT & MOTION SECA 700 RACE LIGHTS
We tried to get hold of these new LED lights from L&M for our light test a few issues ago, but unfortunately they weren’t ready in time. Anyway, the good news is that they were worth the wait. Unlike the other LED lights that we tested this one provides an almost perfect beam pattern thanks to the time L&M have spent tweaking the all important reflector. Couple that excellent 700 lumen beam with a battery that provides three and a half hours of runtime after just two hours of charging, a system weight of 520g, tool free bar and helmet mounts, multiple power settings, a case to keep it all in, and you’ve got one of the best light systems we’ve ever used. If you need even more runtime an extra £50 will buy you the five hour Ultra version, but that’s a long old time to be out in the dark.
