A Yeti and a DMR come through the doors.
Jon G says “This complete Transition 26” turned up at Dirt HQ last Monday. It took two minutes to set up and then it was straight out for ride.
I’ve not hit the trails properly for a couple of years and back then it was on a BMX. The Transtion put me at ease straight away and after a couple of tentative runs through the four pack at ‘Broadwell dips’ I was back in the swing of things and wondering why I had turned my back on the trails for so long.
The bike gave me confidence straight away. A perfect trails machine…straight out of the box no-nonsense fun. Tight geometry, quality components, great graphics and finish. DMR have put together the complete package and it all works. Deee Mmmmm ahhhh!
Summer’s in full swing and I’m hooked on jumping again. I will be headed out at every opportunity to go get the flow…try something new, tweak it out and style it up. I’ve a lot to learn this summer and there’s so much soul in getting air! (you can quote me on that)”

Stu from Yeti dropped by with the Yeti ASR 7 and some fine cakes last Friday.
If only he’d come a week earlier we’d have shipped this beauty off to the Megavalanche. It seems a perfect bike for that sort of race, a big hitting aggressive xc machine.
The frame costs around £1899 with a DHX Air, and expect to pay about £3950 for the full build.
If it takes your fancy then give Evolutionimports a buzz on 020 8290 0807.
The cakes retail for around £2.39 a slice and are available from the Cake Shop in Nottingham.
