Last week I posted some news about Turner being available in the UK. The press release mentioned something about “the only downhill DW link bike available in the UK….”, anyway Martin Astley from Ironhorse Uk was on the blower faster than you could say “tea anyone?” to tell me in fact that the Sunday will still be available in the UK for 09.

Here’s what he said:

Contrary to certain rumors the Legendary Iron Horse Sunday is back and better than ever for 09. The 09 Sunday will still utilize Dave Weagles DW-Link platform and, in fact the frame is unchanged from that available in 08.

There will be three complete bike versions of the Sunday available, the Team, Elite and World Cup and also a frameset which will come with a Rockshox Vivid 5.1.

09 will be the last year of the Sunday as we currently know it, keep your eyes peeled next season for early prototypes as the Sunday evolves…………………..
