I’m at the Welsh Champs at Mynnyd Du at the moment. The track is hard as nails, rain, mud, rocks and roots it’s unbelievably difficult. I think Matt Simmonds went fastest in seeding today with something like a 3.11.

Lee Huskinson took the piss in the Hardtail seeding with a 3.53 nearly a minute up on every one else and that was with out a chain. More tomorrow.
