Gwin has been dominant at Lourdes over the past two seasons and was no doubt hoping to get a hat trick of wins here but he was yet another rider caught up by the sudden storms.
His loss was Mulally’s gain though as the new Mob signing picked up his first top ten in donkey’s years. A great restart for the American who looks to be riding at his best once again.
