Les Gets has produced this preview video of the new Crankworx downhill track and it looks like a cracker. This is the first time Crankworx has visited the Portes du Soleil resort so a brand new track had to be built for the racers on the Mont Chery side.
It reminds us of the Les Gets tracks of the late nineties and early noughties with open piste sections, plenty of road gaps and techy, steep woods. The weather in the Alps in June is notoriously unreliable and, with rain forecast all weekend, we could be looking at a great race come Sunday.
