The Santa Cruz Syndicate barely had time to savour Greg Minnaar’s stunning win in Fort William before they were ushered off to Leogang. Conditions were changeable, which made it difficult for the riders, but Greg Minnaar still managed to squeeze himself on the podium and Steve Peat had a clean run to finish 54th. Josh Bryceland had a tougher time of it and crashed in qualifying and finals – but he still went big enough of the final jump to twist his bars.
