Having your bike stolen sucks, and so we are always interested in any way of stopping those thieving bastards from running off with your pride and joy. We thought we’d seen all possible solutions to bike theft, but it seems some crazy Germans have come up with a rather novel idea…

What about if the thief has got a ladder?

If you are equally crazy and fancy making one yourself then the guys behind it have very helpfully provided you with a parts list which you can find here (you might need a bit of Google translate help if you don’t speak German), and the video below shows the making of it.
