Here’s what the organiser have to say about the event: Dirt Quake USA is an idea conceived by Sideburn Magazine, and all about getting novices to race their motorcycles – motorcycles that don’t fit into normal moto sport – at the minimum cost. This event is purely for road bikes and the emphasis is on fun and enjoying the experience, not red mist and race bikes. It’s about going back to work on Monday and when you’re asked “What did you do over the weekend?” being able to answer, “I raced my motorbike.”
