Joe Smith has made the move from Team CRC Paypal to Norco Factory Racing.

Smith will join Sam Blenkinsop and fellow new signing Henry Fitzgerald to take on the World Cup Series as well as selected Enduro World Series and Crankworx events.

Joe has been on Team CRC since 2011 and in that time has picked up a British Downhill Series overall title and 2nd at the Red Bull Hardline. 2016 saw him finish in the top ten of both World Cup and Enduro World Series events.

He said: ““I’m excited for a fresh start in 2017 with Norco Factory Racing. It’s going to be fun working with such an iconic brand as Norco. I’m also excited about working with many new brands, and continuing with the likes of SRAM and Schwalbe, which I feel are the best out there. I’ve looked up to Blenki since I started racing, and can’t wait to join him on the team. With Todd’s reputation as a trainer and manager, I think it’s going to be a good year!”
