What a race! The third stop in the 2014 DH World Cup series was the legendary track that is Fort William. After being on the calendar for so many years the track itself may not throw out too many surprises, but results wise this year was anything but predictable.

Thankfully the forecasted storms never materialised and we were treated to some truly first class racing. It was a shame to see so many punctures ruining runs, but hey that’s racing, and everyone who won more than deserved it. Making it down the rock strewn track with both bike and body intact is just one of the challenges that this course throws up.
