Danny Hart and Tracey Hannah win Crankworx Innsbruck downhill

Hart breaks his rainbow curse

It’s been a tough start to the season for Danny hart. Rain affected in Lourdes, sucked into the bog in Fort William and left playing catch up on a track that doesn’t really suit him in Leogang.

Back on 27.5 inch wheels in Innsbruck, he finally got to show off the pace he’s been incubating all season with a blistering run that saw him top the podium.

Tracey Hannah was clearly loving the dusty, blown out track that many riders were comparing ot a mini Val di Sole. She was a class apart from the rest of the women’s field and brought home the win in the women’s race.

Jacky boy continues his hot streak. third place for Moir, just over a second back.
Sick Mick was winding back the years on the wide open, grassy turns and so close to a win. .2 back in second.
Flat out Phil would struggle to find faults on this track... except for one bit of board walk there were very few cranks being turned.
The Rat was back and fucking pinned - seventh on the day and picking up some big scalps. You miss it really don't you Josh?
Kirk McDowell turned a lot of heads today. sixth place for the relatively unknown Canadian champ
Blenki looked super stylish all weekend on his way to 13th but his team mate Joe Smith brought home the goods with a fifth.
Eliot Jackson getting a bit off line on his way to 15th
Pekoll prepping to speed tuck on the final stretch of the track
Darth evader, Jono Jones popped over from Surrey for a shred but wasn't stealthy enough to avoid our lens. He picked up 29th with his brother getting 14th in the slopestyle
