City Downhill World Tour round two preview – Bratislava

Let's hope it's less eventful this year...

The City Downhill World Tour returns for round two this weekend and it’s coming straight from the Slovakian capital, BRATISLAVA.

The course will likely follow the same route as previous years, starting in the rectangular castle and winding down the cobbled streets of the historic city.

We hope that this year’s event will be less eventful than last year’s which had to be cancelled as it was stormed by an errant Neo-Nazi march mid-way through Barnado Cruz’s race run (check out his bonkers helmet cam run here).

You can expect Filip Polc to be the favourite as always, however Johannes Fischbach snatched the win at the first round in Valparaiso so you can expect him to fiercely defend his series lead.
