Winter Digging Redhill

Redhill Extreme centre , you know the 4x track, in Gloucestershire is getting some winter love from a Neil and a digger.

Morgan sent us over some phone pictures and a note on what’s going on.

“Now that the center is closed for the winter, Neil got the digger in to make some changes to the trails. ”

“The main change is a new line running down the left of the old comp line, which will be a basic 8 pack, hipping into a further 4 pack at the end (this 4 pack will be extended further over time with hips, berms pumps etc). This new 4 pack is also approachable from the two hipped lines on the right of the old comp line, by cutting through the middle of the last jump on the comp line. ”

“Other changes include the table line being tweaked so they don’t run silly fast, the wooden kickers being replaced by dirt take offs, and all of the jumps higher up the field have been lowered into the ground to reduce the severity of the slope. Neil’s done loads of work in the digger so that everything can be left to settle and compact until spring, when the spadework can begin.”

If you’ve got the spade out this Winter then send in your photos to Billy
