The 2015 Cycle Show is almost here, it is this Friday to Sunday (Sept 25–27), at the Birmingham NEC. There is a whole load of stuff going down, take a look at these DH bikes that will be at the show and these enduro machines.
This year the show will host a record breaking number of bike companies showcasing their latest kit under one very big roof. New among the 283 bike companies at the show this year are CSG (with GT, Fabric and Charge), Hunt Wheels, Canyon, Schwalbe, PlanetX, Light Blue, Surly, Oakley, Lapierre, Yeti, Mason and NukeProof. They join an amazing line-up of brands including the likes of Cube, Vitus, Trek, Bianchi, Colnago, Boardman, KTM, Hope, SRAM, Lazer, FSA, De Rosa, Shimano, Cinelli, Kinesis, Ritte, Forme, Time, Primal, Pinarello, Deda, Intense, Mondraker, Rocky Mountain, Condor, Campagnolo, Raleigh and many more.
Saturday morning is dedicated to cyclocross with racing for all ages and expertise, followed by the finals of DIRT WARS. Then on Sunday it’s the return of the UK’s biggest dirt jumping contest with Sam Pilgrim at the helm and an awesome line up of riders from around the globe competing for £5K, plus the pro finals of the UK BMX flatland champs at the show the first time.
This will be the second year that Pilgrim has hosted his Big Air Invitational. It is already the UK’s biggest freestyle dirt jumping contest, but this year’s comp is set to have even more riders, bigger dirt and even crazier tricks. Best trick contest is on Saturday and the Big Air comp will happen on Sunday.
