Bit slow off the mark with this news. But you don't have to be first with everything do you? Well you do if you're a racer maybe. Anyway here is the news:

Alex Rankin from the Sprung and Earthed film fame has released his latest vid "Snake and Ladders". As you probably know the Rankster has been concentrating on MX films recently and this film about Josh Coppins 2008-2009 season continues with the braaaap theme. We all want Rankin to make another mtb film, so far he hasn't said he wouldn't, but in he mean time enjoy the MX work of the maestro.

Wanna buy a copy of the vid? Check he Rankster webber here. (and if you click the contact button you can watch a bonkers video of Alex doing a nuts rope swing.) More Motocross >>

"Decades of incredibly hard work and total commitment have been rewarded so far with a runner up spot in 2006, 2007 he was off the podium and 2008 was full of the voodoo of misfortune. A horrific injury to his foot and just some plain old cases of bum luck were hurled furiously into Josh's well worn path of determined resistance and they derailed him on too many occasions. This year though we have a fitter, faster , focused and fatherly Josh Coppins. We have a new beginning, another fresh set of lap sheets and a plan that has yet to be completed. But what about that last year, what about that story, it's here in this film, it's bloody glory, ripped, raw, uncut and heart wrenching. Follow Josh during his hardest season so far."
