The arrival of Lock–On style grips had us thinking we’d never go back to a ‘regular’ grip, but we’ve since realised that a grip like this definitely still has its place.

There are two things in particular that we love about these Renthal grips; firstly they’re super skinny, and secondly they’re incredibly soft and grippy. Is that three? Anyway, because of the plastic core in a Lock–On grip it would be impossible to make an equally skinny grip with those qualities, and that’s before you even take into account Renthal’s unique Kevlar compound.

They make this grip in three other compounds but this is definitely the one to get because despite being by far the softest it still lasts longer than any other grip. Just get some Renthal grip glue to go with them and you’re laughing.
