So far Gee Atherton is winning by a lead of 138 points over Steve Smith, after two wins in this World Cup. Steve Smith has quite a lead over Brook MacDonald with 90 points. We saw Sam Hill, Danny Hart and Brook MacDonald crash in Val di Sole, so they should be pretty eager to make up for it in the next round. Some varying results for the top 20, highs and lows for all riders, and some tough competition in this category. With four rounds left, riders have time to change who will come out on top, but can Gee stay number one?

Looking pinned on track, Gee Atherton out for the win today.

Rachel Atherton is dominating with a lead of 120 points over Emmeline Ragot. Brit, Manon Carpenter has only 80 points to catch up with second after a slightly disappointing round in Val di Sole, but she will most likely be back on form in the next round if last year is anything to go by. There is room for change in the overall standings with the women, with mixed results, the next round should prove interesting in this category.

Val di Sole winner, Dean Lucas is looking strong with a lead of 30 points to Noel Niederberger. Top 3 in Juniors are looking on form this season with some podium spots in both rounds. The top 5 are pretty close, and the Junior category has some tough competition this year. GSTAAD Scott rider, Noel Niederberger had a disappointing result in Val di Sole, but after winning in Fort William, his season is looking promising.

    god that was so insightful

  2. Russ

Why does it say Gwin was 5th and Brosnan was 6th in Val Di Sole?

    1. James

Think that was the positions including the points from qualifying. Gwin was 2nd and Brosnan was 19th

      1. Russ

        Ah Thanks.

  3. nigel

man you guys are way behind on results etc whats up

  4. papaj

Brendog should retire , so many season and no results:/

    1. Jack

what backing have you got behind that? yeah he hasnt exactly performed greatest in world cups but then neither does many other older riders – you point is invalid.

    2. Leon

Well hes currently 27th fastest rider in the world , I would say that pretty fucking amazing personally…

    3. C Brough

Sorry, you are a moron. goodnight.

    4. CriDavies

BrenDog is way too stylish to win and that’s why we love him. Look at the way Cedric was received by the fans in Fort Bill. Sometimes its not always about getting the win mate. It’s about putting on the show for the fans that support these guys and allow them to live a life of riding that pretty much all of us on here envy. Papaj I suggest you watch a few of Brendans edits, get on your bike and rediscover what its all about.

      1. Spik Boy

You are missing the point. He is wasting his talent by pissing about. With a bit of application he could win the world cup race that everyone, including myself, wants him to.

    5. alansicmoto

Are you serious? 27th in the rankings and he should retire? Really? I think you totally misunderstand how difficult it is to even QUALIFY for a world cup race. It’s incredible how moronic people can be. And not apply himself? Where have you summoned that knowledge from? Your anus it seems. Ridiculous.
