And what a day it was. Fabien Barel was charging and kept on going where he left off after the first day – taking time off his competitors. A second place on stage five and a third on six made him climb up to second in the overall.

Richie Rude and Tracy Moseley win the Enduro World Series 2015

So after eight round of racing spread over six months finally the 2015 Enduro WOrld Series Champions were crowned. Richie Rude and Tracy Moseley pretty much had it in the bag before the final race in Finale Ligure, but they both still needed to finish. You can read the full official report and watch the highlights video, but here photo ace Seb Schieck gives us his view of the weekend’s racing.

You would have thought Tracy Moseley might take it a bit slower this weekend, but it didn´t really look like she was. Tracy leading the women’s field after day one.

There was still a storm warning for the weekend so the organisers decided to cancel stage one from Saturday’s schedule for safety reasons. Race organiser Enrico Guala explaining the changes in the riders briefing on Friday evening.

DAY 1: SATURDAY

Series leader Richie Rude wasn’t holding too much back but keeping it steady and taking 8th after the first three stages.

DAY 2: SUNDAY

Richie Rude was riding safe and secured his title with an 11th in the race overall.
