World Cup championship bikes rarely come out of the box, but they do with Santa Cruz. After a diverse international series in terms of tracks the Californian company are the first for many, many years to put a factory racer out on a production bike and win.
But it’s more than that, this bike is a favourite world wide amongst such a wide range of riders for so many reasons. Its ten inches of travel makes it a rare competitor at this length and with a range of finishes way over the head of most companies. Marvellous.
World Cup winning bikes don’t have to be one–off’s
