Product description

Total Price: £5,299

The only parts in that list that are not brand new are the XTR Cranks and grips which I had waiting for this build, the rest has only covered 40 miles. The bike is like new and rides fantastically.

The frame itself is handmade in the USA by Intense, using the VPP suspension design. It pedals and climbs very well but as soon as you point the bike downhill it comes alive and with an adjustable 140 or 150mm back end with 160mm travel forks will soak up anything you can throw at it.

The forks are again made by the US company Xfusion, they offer everything that a Pike can in terms of ride but I simply prefer them, they track the ground perfectly and are very stiff.

I fitted the bike with Hope’s new Tech Enduro 27.5 wheels which are light yet very stiff. I run tubeless using a Stans No Tubes kit. The Bontrager Tubeless Tyres are a favourite of mine as they offer true, year round durability, they are fast rolling, yet offer fantastic levels of grip.

The bike comes with a Rock Shox Reverb Stealth with a 150mm drop, a full Race Face Finishing kit and a 1x10 11-36T XTR groupset using a Race Face Narrow Wide 32T front ring and a One Up Components 42T cassette ring, giving enough gears to climbs the steepest hills.

The XT brakes are by far the best brakes I’ve ever used, tonnes of stopping power and great modulation.

This really is a no compromise build, made for trail and Enduro riding.

I am in no rush to sell so I won’t accept any part exchange offers, I have a figure in mind that I will accept for it, so please be realistic.

I WILL also consider selling the frame with headset for offers around £1950...

If you have any questions please just ask. :)
